AUTOMATION PROJECT ENGINE MONITORING SYSTEM
Introduction
Engine Monitoring and control by CrestPak to START Manual, Local, Remote Diesel Engine, monitoring of Engine/generator temperature, pressure, rpm, volt, frequency and to provide continuous monitoring, warnings, alarms and automatically shut down from local / remote. This sytem also logs events, alarms and all temperature and pressures trends.
Hardware
Woodward, OMRON, Axiomatic, Aplisens, Beijer.
Implementation
The system is designed on woodward esygen 3000 series controller. Axiomatic thermocouple and PT100 scanner can monitor temperatures and pressures of engines and send data to woodward on CANBus protocol.
